Everyone has "their" interpretation of what being fit is. But, in all cases it requires key ingredients to make that image a reality. After all it's basic math right?.... "Input (minus) output = My desired look!" WRONG!!!! The components of the input and output go way deeper than this. It would be like saying, to make the perfect loaf of bread, just use water, yeast, flour, salt, oil, and sugar. Mix them all together and throw them in the oven at any temp and POOF!
